Stock Securities LLC (formerly known as Sword Securities LLC) was founded in 1993 in Princeton, New Jersey, USA to serve the needs of small and medium-sized companies, institutional investment funds, and family offices. Today, Stock Securities provides an array of strategic advisory, M&A and investment banking services to private and public companies, institutional and family office investors seeking to identify and pursue special situation investment opportunities.

Our team is highly experienced, energetic, and hands-on. We focus on the quality of our service and achievement of tangible results in each transaction that we agree to engage in with our clients. Each of our team members is a senior advisor and experienced principal investor with a focus in selected industries including banking, entertainment, finance, fintech, insurance, investment management, media, payments and technology services. Through our affiliated investment companies, we periodically seek to invest alongside our clients in special situation investment opportunities subject to the rules, restrictions and regulations governing FINRA registered broker-dealers for investment banking and investment-related activities.
